सिंचेच्छीतैर्जलैश्चापि वासितैः सृणिकामपि । संस्कृताः स्वायतास्तत्र नरा नार्योऽथवा नृपाः ॥ १६६ ॥

Transliteration

siṃcecchītairjalaiścāpi vāsitaiḥ sṛṇikāmapi | saṃskṛtāḥ svāyatāstatra narā nāryo'thavā nṛpāḥ || 166 ||

Translation

చల్లని నీటితో, సువాసన కలిగిన నీటితో కూడా చల్లాలి; సుగంధ లేపనమును కూడా పూయాలి. ఇలా సంస్కృతులై అక్కడ పురుషులు, స్త్రీలు లేదా రాజులైనా స్వయంనియంత్రణతో శిష్టులవుతారు।
