Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches internalized worship through nyāsa—sanctifying key psycho-spiritual centers (brow, throat, heart) by installing mantra-syllables so the practitioner’s body becomes a fit seat for contemplation and japa.
By directing the devotee to place sacred sound within the heart and other centers, it frames bhakti as an inward, continuous remembrance where mantra becomes the medium of intimate communion with the worshipped deity.
Śikṣā (Vedic phonetics) and mantra-vidyā are implied: precise handling of mantra-varṇas (syllables) and their ritual deployment (ṣaḍaṅga-nyāsa) as a technical discipline.
