It teaches that a household becomes a seat of śreyas (true welfare—merit, auspiciousness, and spiritual uplift) when Tulasī is present and worshipped, with blessings increasing continuously.
By emphasizing reverent worship of Tulasī—an emblem of Vaiṣṇava devotion—the verse presents simple, home-based devotion that steadily nourishes bhakti and divine favor day by day.
Ritual practice (kalpa-oriented domestic observance) is implied: maintaining Tulasī in the home and performing regular pūjā as a daily discipline that supports dharma and auspicious living.
