Adhyaya 31 — Naimittika and Related Śrāddha Rites: Sapiṇḍīkaraṇa, Eligibility, Timing, and Procedure
तथापराह्नः पूर्वाह्नात् पितॄणामतिरिच्यते ।
सम्पूज्य स्वागतेनैतानभ्युपेतान् गृहे द्विजान् ॥
tathāparāhnaḥ pūrvāhnāt pitṝṇāmatiricyate | saṃpūjya svāgatenaitānabhyupetān gṛhe dvijān ||
అలాగే పూర్వాహ్నం కంటే అపరాహ్నమే పితృులకు ఎక్కువ ప్రియం. స్వాగత వాక్యాలతో సమ్యకంగా గౌరవించి, వచ్చిన బ్రాహ్మణులను ఇంటిలో స్వీకరించాలి।
