न कामये भर्तृविनाकृता सुखं न कामये भर्त॒विनाकृता दिवम्‌ । न कामये भर्तविनाकृता श्रियं न भर्तहीना व्यवसामि जीवितुम्‌

na kāmaye bhartṛ-vinākṛtaṃ sukhaṃ na kāmaye bhartṛ-vinākṛtaṃ divam | na kāmaye bhartṛ-vinākṛtāṃ śriyaṃ na bhartṛ-hīnā vyavasāmi jīvitum ||

భర్త లేక లభించే సుఖం నాకు వద్దు. భర్త లేక స్వర్గం కూడా నాకు వద్దు. భర్త లేక ఐశ్వర్యం కూడా నాకు వద్దు. నిజంగా, భర్తలేక జీవించాలనే సంకల్పం కూడా నాకు లేదు.
