लाघवाद् द्विजमुख्यस्य सात्वतस्य च मारिष । विशेष नाध्यगच्छाम समावास्तां नरर्षभौ,माननीय नरेश! हाथोंकी फुर्तीकी दृष्टिसे द्विजश्रेष्ठ द्रोणाचार्य और सात्यकिमें हमें कोई अन्तर नहीं जान पड़ा था। वे दोनों ही नरश्रेष्ठ समान प्रतीत होते थे
lāghavād dvijamukhyasya sātvatasya ca māriṣa | viśeṣaṃ nādhyagacchāma samāvāstāṃ nararṣabhau ||
సంజయుడు పలికెను—మారిషా! ద్విజశ్రేష్ఠుడైన ద్రోణుని మరియు సాత్వత వీరుని లాఘవాన్ని చూచి మేము ఏ భేదమూ గ్రహించలేకపోయాము; ఆ ఇద్దరు నరశ్రేష్ఠులు సమానులుగా కనిపించిరి।
