Sukta 131
स्मरः। नि शीर्षतो नि पत्तत आध्यो३ नि तिरामि ते । देवाः प्र हिणुत स्मरमसौ मामनु शोचतु
smaráḥ | ní śīrṣatás ní pattata ā́dhyò ní tirāmi te | devā́ḥ prá hiṇuta smarám asáu mām ánu śocatu
Smara. Down from the head let it fall; as an overlying burden I drive it down into thee. O Gods, drive forth Smara: let yonder one burn after me.
స్మర (కామ). తల నుండి క్రింద పడుగాక; పై నుండి మోపబడిన భారంలా, దానిని నీలోకి నేను నెట్టివేస్తున్నాను. ఓ దేవులారా, స్మరను ముందుకు తోలండి; ఆ అముకుడు నన్ను అనుసరించి దహించుగాక, నాకోసం వ్యాకులపడుగాక.
