इयमन्तर्वदति जिह्वा बद्धा पनिष्पदा। त्वया यक्ष्मं निरवोचं शतं रोपीश्च तक्मनः

IAST Transliteration

iyám antár vadati jihvā́ baddhā́ paṇí-padā́ | tváyā yakṣmáṃ nír avocaṃ śatáṃ ropī́ś ca tákmanáḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This (charm) speaks from within; the tongue is bound, moving with stealthy step. By thee have I spoken forth and expelled consumption, and a hundred creeping maladies, and fever.

Translation

ఈ (మంత్రం) లోపల నుంచే పలుకుతుంది; నాలుక బంధించబడి, గుప్త అడుగులతో కదులుతుంది. నీ ద్వారా నేను యక్ష్మం (క్షయ/క్షయరోగం)ను పలికి బయటకు తోలివేశాను; వంద రాకపోకల వ్యాధులను, తక్ష్మన్ (జ్వరం)ను కూడా తొలగించాను.
