Sukta 26

प्र॒ति॒ष्ठे ह्यभ॑वत॒ वसू॑नां॒ प्रवृ॑द्धे देवी सुभगे उरूची । द्यावा॑पृथिवी॒ भव॑तं मे स्यो॒ने ते नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः

pratíṣṭhe hí abhavata vásūnām právr̥ddhe devī́ subháge urū́cī | dyā́vāpṛthivī́ bhavatam me syóne té no muñcatám áṃhasaḥ

For ye have been the firm foundation of riches—ye two goddesses, grown great, fortunate, far-radiant. O Heaven and Earth, be to me a kindly refuge: from anguish and sin do ye release us.

ఎందుకంటే మీరు ధనసంపదకు దృఢమైన ప్రతిష్ఠ—హే దేవీద్వయమా, విస్తరించినవారు, సుభగులు, దూరప్రకాశులు. హే ద్యావా-పృథివీ, నాకు స్నేహపూర్వక ఆశ్రయమై ఉండండి; మమ్మల్ని అంహస్ (కష్టం/పాపం) నుండి విముక్తి చేయండి.
