अनड्वान् अ॒न॒ड्वान् दा॑धार पृथि॒वीमु॒त द्याम॑न॒ड्वान् दा॑धारो॒र्व१न्तरि॑क्षम्। अ॒न॒ड्वान् दा॑धार प्र॒दिशः॒ षडु॒र्वीर॑न॒ड्वान् विश्वं॒ भुव॑न॒मा वि॑वेश

IAST Transliteration

anaḍvā́n anaḍvā́n dā́dhāra pṛthivī́m utá dyā́m anaḍvā́n dā́dhārorv àntárikṣam | anaḍvā́n dā́dhāra pradíśaḥ ṣáḍ urvī́r anaḍvā́n víśvaṃ bhúvanam ā́ viveśa

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

The Draught-ox, yea the Draught-ox, hath upheld the Earth; and the Draught-ox hath upheld the Sky. The Draught-ox hath upheld the broad mid-air; the Draught-ox hath upheld the six wide regions. The Draught-ox hath entered into, and pervaded, all this world of being.

Translation

అనడ్వాన్—అదే అనడ్వాన్ (హలబలి ఎద్దు)—భూమిని ధరించాడు; అనడ్వాన్ ద్యౌ (ఆకాశం)ను ధరించాడు. అనడ్వాన్ విశాల అంతరిక్షాన్ని ధరించాడు; అనడ్వాన్ ఆరు విస్తృత దిశలను ధరించాడు. అనడ్వాన్ సమస్త భువనంలో ప్రవేశించి, ఈ సమగ్ర సత్తా-జగత్తును వ్యాపించాడు.
