यं त्वम॑ग्ने स॒मद॑ह॒स्तमु॒ निर्वा॑पया॒ पुनः॑ । क्याम्बू॒रत्र॑ रोहतु शाण्डदू॒र्वा व्य॒ऽल्कशा
yáṃ tvám agne samádahas tám út nírvāpaya púnaḥ | kyāmbū́r átra rohatu śāṇḍadū́rvā vy-àlkśā ||
Whom thou, O Agni, hast burned up utterly, him do thou cool and lay forth again. Let kyāmbū grow here; let the śāṇḍa-dūrvā spring up, spreading wide.
ఓ అగ్నీ, నీవు పూర్తిగా దహించిన వానిని మళ్లీ చల్లబరచి, తిరిగి స్థాపించు. ఇక్కడ క్యాంబూ మొలకెత్తుగాక; శాండ-దూర్వా విస్తారంగా వ్యాపిస్తూ మొలకెత్తుగాక.
