तस्य भार्या सुशीला तु नाम्ना गुणसमन्विता ॥ भर्त्तुः प्रियकरी साध्वी न प्रसूता वयोऽधिका

tasya bhāryā suśīlā tu nāmnā guṇasamanvitā || bharttuḥ priyakarī sādhvī na prasūtā vayo'dhikā

அவருடைய மனைவி ‘சுசீலா’ எனப் பெயர்பெற்றவள்; நற்குணங்களால் நிறைந்தவள்—கணவனுக்கு இனியவளும், சீரிய ஒழுக்கமுடையவளும். ஆனால் அவள் பிள்ளை பெறவில்லை; வயதும் முதிர்ந்திருந்தது.
