divyābdānāṃ sahasraṃ tu mahā kāleśvaraṃ hi tat | citrāṃgadeśvaraṃ nāma tena khyātaṃ dharātale

Translation

ஆயிரம் தெய்வ ஆண்டுகள் வரை அந்த லிங்கம் மகாகாலேஸ்வரராக நிலைத்திருந்தது; ஆகவே பூமியில் அது ‘சித்ராங்கதேஸ்வரர்’ என்ற பெயரால் புகழ்பெற்றது.
