kalpakalpāntarahitamanādinidhanaṃ mahat | mahābhūtaṃ mahākāyaṃ śivaṃ nirvāṇabhairavam

கல்பங்களும் கல்பாந்தரங்களும் அப்பாற்பட்டவன்; ஆதியும் அந்தமும் அற்ற மகான்; மஹாபூதம், மஹாகாயம்—சிவனே, நிர்வாணஸ்வரூப பயரவன்।
