एवंविधं समालोक्य सा देवी ब्रह्मणः सुता । सरस्वती जलनिधिमुवाचेदं शुचिस्मिता
evaṃvidhaṃ samālokya sā devī brahmaṇaḥ sutā | sarasvatī jalanidhimuvācedaṃ śucismitā
அத்தகைய வடிவத்தை நோக்கி, பிரம்மாவின் புதல்வி தேவி சரஸ்வதி தூய புன்னகையுடன் நீர்நிதி (கடல்) யிடம் இவ்வார்த்தைகளை உரைத்தாள்.
