कल्पांत इव भूतानां कालाग्निरिव वर्चसा । विद्युत्पुञ्जप्रतीकाशं तं दृष्ट्वा पुरतः स्थितम्
kalpāṃta iva bhūtānāṃ kālāgniriva varcasā | vidyutpuñjapratīkāśaṃ taṃ dṛṣṭvā purataḥ sthitam
முன்னே நின்ற அவனைப் பார்த்தபோது—கல்பாந்தத்தின் காலாக்னியைப் போல ஒளிவீசும், மின்னல் குவியலைப் போலத் தோன்றும்—அவன் பயமூட்டும் பிரகாசமாகத் தெரிந்தான்.
