यस्मादभक्ष्यं मांसं वै ब्राह्मणानां परं स्मृतम् । त्वयोपहृतमस्माकं सुगुप्तं भक्ष्यसंयुतम्
yasmādabhakṣyaṃ māṃsaṃ vai brāhmaṇānāṃ paraṃ smṛtam | tvayopahṛtamasmākaṃ suguptaṃ bhakṣyasaṃyutam
பிராமணர்களுக்கு மாம்சம் மிகுந்த அபக்ஷ்யம் என்று ஸ்மிருதிகள் கூறுகின்றன; ஆயினும் நீ அதை எங்களுக்கு கொண்டு வந்தாய்—நன்றாக மறைத்து, உண்ணத்தக்கவற்றில் கலந்துவைத்து.
