तेजोऽसिशुक्रमित्याज्यं दधिक्राव्णेन वै दधि । क्षीरमाज्याय मन्त्रेण व्यञ्जनानि च यानि तु
tejo'siśukramityājyaṃ dadhikrāvṇena vai dadhi | kṣīramājyāya mantreṇa vyañjanāni ca yāni tu
நெய்க்கு “தேஜோऽஸி ஶுக்ரம்” மந்திரமும், தயிர்க்கு “ததிக்ராவ்ண” மந்திரமும், பாலுக்கு “ஆஜ்ய” மந்திரமும் உச்சரிக்க வேண்டும்; மேலும் உள்ள பிற துணை உணவுகள் (வ்யஞ்ஜனங்கள்) அனைத்திற்கும் உரிய மந்திரத்துடன் அர்ப்பணிக்க வேண்டும்।
