रक्तवासोभिराच्छन्नं द्विभुजं तिग्मतेजसम् । तं दृष्ट्वा सारथिं प्राह पद्ममेतत्समाहर
raktavāsobhirācchannaṃ dvibhujaṃ tigmatejasam | taṃ dṛṣṭvā sārathiṃ prāha padmametatsamāhara
சிவப்பு ஆடைகளால் மூடப்பட்டு, இருகரங்களுடன் கூர்மையான ஒளியால் பிரகாசித்த அவரைக் கண்ட அரசன் தேரோட்டியிடம்—“அந்த தாமரையை இங்கே கொண்டு வா” என்றான்।
