दण्डः प्रेतपतेः शक्तिर्देवसेनापतेस्तथा । अन्येषां च सुराणां च अस्त्राण्युक्तानि यानि वै
daṇḍaḥ pretapateḥ śaktirdevasenāpatestathā | anyeṣāṃ ca surāṇāṃ ca astrāṇyuktāni yāni vai
பிரேதபதி (யமன்) உடைய தண்டமும், தேவசேனாபதி (கார்த்திகேயன்) உடைய சக்தியும், மேலும் பிற தேவர்களுக்கென சொல்லப்படும் எல்லா ஆயுதங்களும்—அவையும் அவராலே செய்யப்பட்டன.
