ஒரே ஒரு உபவாசத்தாலே—சிறப்பாகச் சுப த்ரிஸ்ப்ருஷா விரதத்துடன் கூடிய உபவாசத்தாலே—த்வாரகையின் அருளாலும் என் தரிசனமாத்திரத்தாலும் பெரும் ஆன்மிகப் பயன் கிடைக்கும்.
