गदामुद्यम्य संक्रुद्धो योद्धुमागाज्जनार्द्दनम् । तमुद्यतगदं दृष्ट्वा निहतं जीवितं पुनः
gadāmudyamya saṃkruddho yoddhumāgājjanārddanam | tamudyatagadaṃ dṛṣṭvā nihataṃ jīvitaṃ punaḥ
அவன் கோபத்தில் கதையை உயர்த்தி ஜனார்தனனுடன் போரிட வந்தான்; உயர்த்திய கதையுடன் அவனைப் பார்த்த இறைவன் அவனை வீழ்த்தினான், ஆனாலும் அவன் மீண்டும் உயிர் பெற்றான்.
