ṛṣidhānyena yastatra śrāddhaṃ nṛpa samācaret | sa pitṛṃstārayetsarvānpakṣayorubhayorapi
அரசே! அங்கே ‘ரிஷிதான்யம்’ கொண்டு சிராத்தம் செய்பவன், சுக்ல‑கிருஷ்ணம் என இரு பக்ஷங்களிலும் தன் எல்லாப் பித்ருக்களையும் உய்விப்பான்।
