सूत उवाच । वसिष्ठस्य वचः श्रुत्वा हिमवान्पुत्रवत्सलः । दुःखेन महताऽविष्टश्चिंतयामास भूधरः
sūta uvāca | vasiṣṭhasya vacaḥ śrutvā himavānputravatsalaḥ | duḥkhena mahatā'viṣṭaściṃtayāmāsa bhūdharaḥ
சூதர் கூறினார்—வசிஷ்டரின் வாக்கைக் கேட்டதும், புதல்வன்பால் பேரன்புடைய ஹிமவான் பெருந்துயரால் ஆட்கொள்ளப்பட்டு, மலைமன்னன் ஆழ்ந்து சிந்தித்தான்.
