ततः कृष्णाजिने बद्ध्वा कुण्डले न्यस्य भूतले । आरुरोह फलाकांक्षी स मुनिः क्षुधयाऽन्वितः
tataḥ kṛṣṇājine baddhvā kuṇḍale nyasya bhūtale | āruroha phalākāṃkṣī sa muniḥ kṣudhayā'nvitaḥ
பின்னர் கரிய மான் தோலில் காதணிகளை கட்டி, அவற்றை தரையில் வைத்து விட்டான். பழங்களை விரும்பி, பசியால் அழுத்தப்பட்ட அந்த முனி (மரத்தில்) ஏறினான்.
