सूत उवाच । नास्माकं विभ्रमो जातो युष्माकं तु द्विजोत्तमाः । परं यत्कारणं कृत्स्नं तद्ब्रवीमि निबोध्यताम्
sūta uvāca | nāsmākaṃ vibhramo jāto yuṣmākaṃ tu dvijottamāḥ | paraṃ yatkāraṇaṃ kṛtsnaṃ tadbravīmi nibodhyatām
சூதர் கூறினார்—ஓ இருபிறப்பில் சிறந்தவர்களே, எனக்கு எந்தக் குழப்பமும் இல்லை; ஐயம் உங்களிடமே எழுந்துள்ளது. அதன் முழுமையான உண்மைக் காரணத்தை நான் சொல்கிறேன்—கவனமாகக் கேட்டு அறிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்।
