यत्र विष्णुपदी गंगा जंतूनां पापनाशिनी । स्वयं स्थिता नृपश्रेष्ठ तथा देवा हरादयः
yatra viṣṇupadī gaṃgā jaṃtūnāṃ pāpanāśinī | svayaṃ sthitā nṛpaśreṣṭha tathā devā harādayaḥ
ஓ அரசர்களில் சிறந்தவரே! அங்கே விஷ்ணுவின் பாதத்திலிருந்து தோன்றிய கங்கை தானே நிலைத்து, உயிர்களின் பாவங்களை அழிக்கிறாள்; அங்கே ஹரன் (சிவன்) முதலிய தேவர்களும் வாசம் செய்கின்றனர்।
