दशसूनासहस्रेण तुल्यो राजप्रतिग्रहः । कस्तस्य प्रतिगृह्णाति लोभाढ्यो ब्राह्मणो यथा
daśasūnāsahasreṇa tulyo rājapratigrahaḥ | kastasya pratigṛhṇāti lobhāḍhyo brāhmaṇo yathā
அரசரிடமிருந்து பெறும் பிரதிக்ரஹம் பத்து கொலைஞர்களின் ஆயிரமடிக்கு ஒப்பானது. அத்தகைய தானத்தை யார் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வார்—பேராசையால் நிறைந்த பிராமணன் தவிர?
