Transliteration

saṃpaśyannāsikāgraṃ svaṃ diśaścānavalokayan | tālumadhyagatenaiva jihvāgreṇācalena ca

Translation

அவன் தன் மூக்கின் நுனியை நோக்கி, திசைகளைக் கவனிக்காமல் இருந்தான். அண்ணத்தின் நடுவில் வைத்த நாவின் நுனியை அசையாமல் நிறுத்தி தியானத்தில் நிலைத்தான்.
