तच्छ्रुत्वा संप्रहृष्टात्मा रामो राजीवलोचनः । साधुसाध्विति तां प्राह परिष्वज्य मुहुर्मुहुः
tacchrutvā saṃprahṛṣṭātmā rāmo rājīvalocanaḥ | sādhusādhviti tāṃ prāha pariṣvajya muhurmuhuḥ
இதைக் கேட்டதும் தாமரை-கண்ணனான ராமர் பேரானந்தத்தில் மகிழ்ந்தார். ‘சாது, சாது’ என்று கூறி அவளை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் அணைத்துக்கொண்டு உரைத்தார்.
