जातिपुष्पैः समभ्यर्च्य नैवेद्ये मोदकान्न्यसेत् । रक्तवस्त्रेण संछाद्य अर्घ्यं दत्त्वा ततः परम्

மல்லிகை (ஜாதி) மலர்களால் முறையாக அர்ச்சித்து நைவேத்யமாக மோதகங்களை வைக்க வேண்டும்; பின்னர் சிவப்பு துணியால் மூடி, அதன் பின் அர்க்யம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்।
