चैत्रशुक्लचतुर्दश्यां यस्तं पूजयते नरः । स तत्पापं निहत्याशु स्वर्गलोकं ततो व्रजेत्
caitraśuklacaturdaśyāṃ yastaṃ pūjayate naraḥ | sa tatpāpaṃ nihatyāśu svargalokaṃ tato vrajet
சைத்ர மாதத்தின் சுக்ல பக்ஷ சதுர்தசியில் யார் அந்த தேவனை வழிபடுகிறாரோ, அவர் அந்தப் பாவத்தை விரைவில் அழித்து பின்னர் ஸ்வர்கலோகத்தை அடைவார்।
