राम उवाच । नाहं गृहं गमिष्यामि लक्ष्मणेन विनाऽधुना । प्राणानत्र विहास्यामि यथा तेन महात्मना
rāma uvāca | nāhaṃ gṛhaṃ gamiṣyāmi lakṣmaṇena vinā'dhunā | prāṇānatra vihāsyāmi yathā tena mahātmanā
ராமன் கூறினான்—‘இப்போது லக்ஷ்மணன் இல்லாமல் நான் இல்லத்திற்குச் செல்லமாட்டேன். அந்த மகாத்மா செய்ததுபோல, நானும் இங்கேயே உயிரைத் துறப்பேன்.’
