अवज्ञामात्रक्षुबंधेन त्वया शप्तः पुरंदरः । तथैव शापितश्चासि मया त्वं हि बृहस्पते

Transliteration

avajñāmātrakṣubaṃdhena tvayā śaptaḥ puraṃdaraḥ | tathaiva śāpitaścāsi mayā tvaṃ hi bṛhaspate

Translation

அவமதிப்பால் எழுந்த கோபத்தின் பந்தத்தினாலே நீ புரந்தரன் (இந்திரன்) மீது சாபம் இட்டாய்; அதுபோலவே, ஓ ப்ருஹஸ்பதியே, நானும் உனக்கு சாபம் இட்டேன்.
