अथ मारकतं लिंगं देवतावसरात्पितुः । चापल्याद्वालभावाच्चापहृत्य निहितं मया
atha mārakataṃ liṃgaṃ devatāvasarātpituḥ | cāpalyādvālabhāvāccāpahṛtya nihitaṃ mayā
அப்போது பூஜை நேரத்தின் வாய்ப்பைப் பயன்படுத்தி, சிறுவயது சபலத்தால் நான் என் தந்தையின் மரகதம் போன்ற ஸ்படிக சிவலிங்கத்தைத் திருடி மறைத்து வைத்தேன்।
