सौक्ष्म्यं संख्याक्रमश्चापि निर्णयः सप्रयोजनः । पंचैतान्यर्थजातानि यत्र तद्वाक्यमुच्यते
saukṣmyaṃ saṃkhyākramaścāpi nirṇayaḥ saprayojanaḥ | paṃcaitānyarthajātāni yatra tadvākyamucyate
நுண்மை, சரியான எண்ணிக்கை, ஒழுங்கான வரிசை, தெளிவான தீர்மானம், நோக்கம்—இந்த ஐந்து பொருள்-தத்துவங்கள் உள்ள இடமே நன்றாக அமைந்த வாக்கியம் எனப்படும்।
