हीनवर्णात्मवृत्तिश्च वैद्यो धर्मध्वजी च यः । यश्च शास्त्रमतिक्रम्य स्वेच्छयैवाहरेत्करम्
hīnavarṇātmavṛttiśca vaidyo dharmadhvajī ca yaḥ | yaśca śāstramatikramya svecchayaivāharetkaram
தாழ்ந்த வர்ணத்தின் தொழிலால் வாழ்பவன்; தர்மக் கட்டுப்பாடின்றி நடக்கும் வைத்தியன்; தர்மத்தை கொடியாகக் காட்டி வேடம் போடும் வஞ்சகர்; மேலும் சாஸ்திரங்களை மீறி தன் விருப்பப்படி வரி வசூலிப்பவன்—இவர்கள் இங்கு நீதிநெறி மீறுவோர் எனக் கண்டிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.
