देवानां च महामोदं तारकः प्राह सारथिम् । सारथे पश्य सैन्यानि द्राव्यमाणानि मे सुरैः
devānāṃ ca mahāmodaṃ tārakaḥ prāha sārathim | sārathe paśya sainyāni drāvyamāṇāni me suraiḥ
தேவர்களின் பேரானந்தத்தைப் பார்த்த தாரகன் தன் சாரதியிடம் கூறினான்—“சாரதியே, பார்! தேவர்கள் என் படைகளைத் துரத்தி ஓடச் செய்கிறார்கள்.”
