स्मरात्मानं यदर्थं त्वमुत्पन्नोऽसि महेश्वरात् । साधूनां पालनार्थाय दुष्टसंहरणाय च । सुरविप्रकृते जन्म जीवितं च महात्मनाम्
smarātmānaṃ yadarthaṃ tvamutpanno'si maheśvarāt | sādhūnāṃ pālanārthāya duṣṭasaṃharaṇāya ca | suraviprakṛte janma jīvitaṃ ca mahātmanām
உன் நோக்கத்தை நினை—மகேஸ்வரனிடமிருந்து நீ ஏன் பிறந்தாய்: சத்துவர்களைக் காக்கவும், துஷ்டர்களை அழிக்கவும். தேவர்கள், பிராமணர்கள் நலனுக்காகவே மகாத்மாக்களின் பிறப்பும் வாழ்வும் அமைகின்றன.
