श्राद्धं गंगार्णवे चात्र मत्पितॄणां त्वमाचर । अहं चैवापि तपसः संचितस्यापि जन्मना । चतुर्भागं प्रदास्यामि एवमेवैतदाचर
śrāddhaṃ gaṃgārṇave cātra matpitṝṇāṃ tvamācara | ahaṃ caivāpi tapasaḥ saṃcitasyāpi janmanā | caturbhāgaṃ pradāsyāmi evamevaitadācara
இங்கே கங்கார்ணவத்தில் என் பித்ருக்களுக்கான சிராத்தத்தை நீ செய். நான் வாழ்நாள் முழுதும் தவத்தால் சேர்த்த புண்ணியத்தின் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கை உனக்குத் தருவேன். ஆகவே இதையே முறையாக நிறைவேற்று.
