वापीकूपतडागानां वृक्षविद्यासुरौकसाम् । मठप्रपागृहक्षेत्रदानमुत्सर्ग इत्यसौ
vāpīkūpataḍāgānāṃ vṛkṣavidyāsuraukasām | maṭhaprapāgṛhakṣetradānamutsarga ityasau
படிக்கட்டு கிணறு, கிணறு, குளம், மரங்கள், கல்வி நிலையங்கள், தேவாலயங்கள்—மேலும் மடம், தண்ணீர் தருமசாலை, தங்குமிடம்/அடைக்கலம் மற்றும் நிலதானம்—இவை அனைத்தும் ‘உத்ஸர்கம்’ எனப்படும்।
