Transliteration

ādau vināyakaṃ pūjya ghṛtapūrānnivedya ca | tatorcayedviśvabhujāmaśokakusumaiḥ śubhaiḥ

Translation

முதலில் விநாயகரை வழிபட்டு நெய் நிரம்பிய ‘க்ருதபூர’ இனிப்பை நைவேத்யமாக அர்ப்பணிக்க வேண்டும். பின்னர் மங்களமான அசோக மலர்களால் விஸ்வபுஜா (கௌரீ)யை அர்ச்சிக்க வேண்டும்.
