नखेषु बिंदवः श्वेताः प्रायः स्युः स्वैरिणी स्त्रियाः । पुरुषा अपि जायंते दुःखिनः पुष्पितैर्नखैः
nakheṣu biṃdavaḥ śvetāḥ prāyaḥ syuḥ svairiṇī striyāḥ | puruṣā api jāyaṃte duḥkhinaḥ puṣpitairnakhaiḥ
நகங்களில் வெள்ளைப் புள்ளிகள் இருந்தால் பொதுவாக அந்தப் பெண் சுயேச்சை உடையவள் எனக் கூறப்படுகிறது; மேலும் புள்ளி-மச்சங்களால் ‘மலர்ந்த’ நகங்களுடைய ஆண்களும் துயரமுற்றவர்களாகப் பிறப்பர் எனச் சொல்லப்படுகிறது।
