एकैकां पादयोर्दद्यात्तिस्रः पाण्योर्मृदस्तथा । इत्थं शौचं गृही कुर्याद्गंधलेपक्षयावधि
ekaikāṃ pādayordadyāttisraḥ pāṇyormṛdastathā | itthaṃ śaucaṃ gṛhī kuryādgaṃdhalepakṣayāvadhi
ஒவ்வொரு பாதத்திலும் தலா ஒருமுறை மண்ணைப் பூச வேண்டும்; கைகளிலும் அதேபோல் மூன்று முறை. இல்லறத்தான் இவ்வாறு சுத்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்; நாற்றமும் ஒட்டலும் முற்றிலும் நீங்கும் வரை.
