Transliteration

dvārapālasya tadvākyaṃ śrutvā bāṇastvarānvitaḥ | dvāḥsthamāha mahādaityaḥ savismayamidaṃ tadā

Translation

வாசல்காவலனின் சொற்களை கேட்டதும் பாணன் விரைந்து பேசினான். அப்போது அந்த மாபெரும் தைத்யன் வியப்புடன் வாசலிலிருந்தவனிடம் இவ்வாறு கூறினான்.
