युधिष्ठिर उवाच । सावित्री का द्विजश्रेष्ठ कथं वाराध्यते बुधैः । प्रसन्ना वा वरं कं च ददाति कथयस्व मे
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | sāvitrī kā dvijaśreṣṭha kathaṃ vārādhyate budhaiḥ | prasannā vā varaṃ kaṃ ca dadāti kathayasva me
யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—ஓ இருபிறப்போரில் சிறந்தவரே! சாவித்ரீ யார்? ஞானிகள் அவளை எவ்வாறு ஆராதிக்கின்றனர்? மகிழ்ந்தால் அவள் எந்த வரத்தை அளிக்கிறாள்? எனக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள்।
