saridbhirbhrājate śreṣṭhā purī śākrī ca bhāskarī | kecitpañcāgnitapasaḥ kecidapyagnihotriṇaḥ

ஆறுகளால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட அந்தச் சிறந்த நகரம் இந்திரலோகம், சூரியலோகம் போல ஒளிர்கிறது. சிலர் பஞ்சாக்னி தவம் செய்கின்றனர்; சிலர் நித்திய அக்னிஹோத்திரம் நடத்துகின்றனர்.
