Transliteration

nirgamya pāvake bāhye līnaṃ biṃbākṛti smaret | ājyasaṃskāraparyaṃtamanvādhānapurassaram

Translation

வெளிப்புறப் புனித அக்னியில் (சிந்தையை) செலுத்தி, அதில் லயித்துள்ள நுண்ணிய பிம்ப-வடிவத்தை நினைவில் கொள்ளுக. அன்வாதானம் முதலாக ஆஜ்ய-ஸம்ஸ்காரம் வரை முறையே செய்க।
