समयाह्वय-संस्कारः — Rite of ‘Samayāhvaya’ and the Preparatory Layout
Maṇḍapa, Vedi, Kuṇḍas, Maṇḍala, Śiva-kumbha
प्रधानकुंडं कुर्वीत यद्वा पश्चिमभागतः । प्रधानमेकमेवाथ कृत्वा शोभां प्रकल्पयेत्
pradhānakuṃḍaṃ kurvīta yadvā paścimabhāgataḥ | pradhānamekamevātha kṛtvā śobhāṃ prakalpayet
வழிபடுபவர் பிரதான குண்டத்தை அமைக்க வேண்டும்; அல்லது அதை மேற்குப் பகுதியில் நிறுவ வேண்டும். ஒரே பிரதான வேதியை அமைத்து, பின்னர் அதற்குரிய அழகையும் மங்கள அலங்காரங்களையும் முறையாகச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
