prakṛteḥ pariṇāmo 'yaṃ dvidhā śabdārthabhāvanā | tāmāhuḥ prākṛtīṃ mūrtiṃ śivayoḥ paramātmanoḥ

இந்த வெளிப்பாடு பிரகிருதியின் பரிணாமம்; அது இருவகையாக—சப்தம் மற்றும் அர்த்தம்—என்று உணரப்படுகிறது. ஞானிகள் இதை பரமாத்மா சிவன் மற்றும் சக்தியின் பிராக்ருத (இயல்பான) மூர்த்தி எனக் கூறுவர்.
